Description
*Mirror’s Edge* (Note: This is an original concept designed to avoid copyright issues) is set in an infinite labyrinth made of mirrors. Players leap between mirrored surfaces; since every obstacle has a reflection, players must distinguish between the real object and the virtual image. The core mechanic is Light Refraction—players can adjust their angle to refract light and activate distant mechanism platforms.
The 7,300 levels are divided into five mirror domains: Plane Mirror, Concave Mirror, Convex Mirror, Prism, and Kaleidoscope. Each domain contains 1,460 levels. The Plane Mirror domain is the most straightforward; the Concave Mirror magnifies the view but creates visual distortion; the Convex Mirror narrows the field of view; the Prism splits paths; and the Kaleidoscope creates countless illusions, making it extremely difficult to distinguish the real path.
Skill Set: Polarizing Filter (filters out illusions, revealing only real obstacles); Anti-Reflective Coating (increases light refraction efficiency); Mirror Coating (reduces friction while the character slides). Upgrade material: Mercury Droplets.
